some one illegally set up a Prismotube with my call sign ##SENSORED##. I set you folks are the ones that do Prismotube.
This is not mine. Remove it completely off Google. contacted my attorney, she states that since I own ##SENSORED##, this is my property, I gave o one permission to set anything up.

The prismotube site belongs to one of our customers, he contracted us instead of the site owner. Our response is below:

Hello ##HIS-NAME##,
We don’t own that site. We are the software company that published the software that is used by the site owner. You should contact the site owner instead.
We do suggest being nice instead of intimidating (with mentions of lawyers,etc) when contacting him/her.
Some people don’t respond well to threats.
On top of that, we neither have the power nor obligation to “remove it completely off Google”

I am usually well mannered when answering emails, but unfortunately for him, I am one of those who don’t respond well to threats. Dya guys think I was being too harsh?

Call Sign???

On a sidenote, I had no idea what a call sign is. I thought it was some sort of a West Coast gang sign. Come to think about it, it’ll be pretty intimidating to receive an email from a gang leader. I certainly wouldn’t have responded the way I did.
As it turns out, it is something to do with the ham radio market. So I did a lil bit of research on Google Adwords keyword tool and here’s what I found out about the ‘ham radio’ keyword:

Competition: Low
Global Monthly Searches: 550,000
Local Monthly Searches: 301,000

And as it turns out, it is a huge and rabid market. As far as I know, none of our customers have created a ham radio video site with Prismotube yet. Who amongst you guys are going to grab this idea and run with it?
