Q: Does Paypal Download Manager include IPN verification?

A: Yes! Each order is verified with paypal and then the payer email, the price, the curency, the payee email, and the item number are all cross checked.
That means that every order is fully secure and no one can cheat the system.

Q: Do I get reseller rights to this?

A: No. This is a 100% custom script and you have the rights to use it on only 1 domain name.

Q: Will this work on my current hosting?

A: This should work on 95% of all hosting accounts. If you need help, we can test your current hosting to see if it will work. Contact us for help.



Q: Do you provide tech support and help?


A: Yes! We fully support each sale for one full month after your purchase and would be more than happy to help you if you have any problems.

Q: Can you install it for me?

A: Yes, we install directly on to your server for a small fee.

Q: Can I add this on to my current website?

A: Yes!. This works perfect for adding to any website.

Q: Where is this script from?

A: This is a custom script that was developed by our team, we own the rights to it so you will NOT find it anywhere else! If you do please contact us via our contact page.


Q: If a customer doesn’t click on ‘Return to Merchant’ button on the Paypal website after payment, what is going to happen ?

A:
After payment, the customer is going to be sent an email with the login info to access the download link from your site.

That way, he will still be able to download the script even if he missed the ‘Return to Merchant’ button.

Q: How long are the download links going to be active?

A: You can set the duration that the download links are going to be active in minutes, hours, days, weeks or months.

e.g. you can set the link to expire after 5 minutes, 24 hours or even 5 years.

Q: Do I have to be computer savvy to use it?

A: The installation is probably the most technically demanding, although it is still considered rather straight-forward.

Using the actual software is very simple. If you can get as far as type and cut & paste, you’re good to go.

Below is pretty much how PDM works.

  1. Say you have a hot new eBook you want to sell
  2. You simply login to the admin panel, then add your product name, price and the file .
  3. Then instantly the information shows up on your website front page
  4. When a visitor views your hot new eBook they will click the link and be directed to paypal to make payment
  5. Paypal will instantly notify your website of the order
  6. Your website will see the order, setup a download page and email the customer
  7. The customer receives an email with a secure download link and has the eBook within minutes and you just made a sale!

    It’s that simple!

Q: Can I use an existing site to list my products instead of your cart?

A: Yes, the use of the product listing page is optional.

If you already have your own product listing page, all you have to do is add the ‘Add to Cart’ buttons to it and let PDM process the rest.

The HTML for the buttons will be automatically generated by PDM, so all you need to do is cut and paste.
